How to use and precautions
One bag of powder to one bag of microbeads. The vitrified microbead external wall thermal insulation mortar powder and water must first be in a weight ratio of 1:1, first put the water into the stirring container, then pour the thermal insulation mortar powder into the thermal insulation mortar powder and stir for 3-5min, then pour the microbeads to continue. Stir for 3 minutes, adjust the amount of water to be added according to the construction consistency, stir well with a mixer and then pour out.
Use a trowel for smearing. Before construction, you should find the thickness reference point. You can use the stirred thermal insulation slurry to paste the cake, punch the ribs, and plaster the thermal insulation slurry. The time interval is 12h, and the falling ash can be cleaned and reused in time.
The construction temperature should not be lower than 5°C. After the insulation layer is cured and dried for about 2 days (it is advisable to press it with the palm of your hand), the protective surface layer construction will be carried out.
The stirred thermal insulation slurry must be used up within 1 hour, and it is forbidden to use outdated mortar.
Packaging, Storage and Shipping
This product is packed in paper bags or plastic woven bags. It should be rain-proof and moisture-proof during transportation, and the lotus should be guarded against sharp objects, so as not to break the bag and get damp.
The powder masterbatch has a shelf life of 3 months when the package is intact and not damaged by moisture. Exceed the shelf life, must pass the test and test before continuing to use.
